This has to be the worst photo I've ever taken. Our digital camera is broken so I'm using one from the stone age. You can't even see the true colors on this piece. The border is mostly Algerian Eyelet stitches and I have to say that I DON'T like doing them. The area between the border and the green threads (not that you can see what is green) will also be Algerian Eyelets and Rice Stitches. I'm not crazy about specialty stitches when I cross stitch. I do some needlepoint and they are fun to do on a stiff canvas but not floppy linen.
Thanks to everyone who's visited my blog. I appreciate the comments. Your making blogging fun ;)

St. Petersburg looks awesome. I am stitching this one too but you are much farther along than I am. I need to get moving. Ann.
That's looking great. Good luck with the speciality stitches!

Hi :) Thanks for visiting my blog! Your stitching looks lovely! I will be stopping by often! *hugs* Andie
Looking really good! Nice colours.
The St. Peteie looks fabulous!! Don't fret about the pic. I can't get my Taj to photograph, either. I think it's the opalescent material that's foiling us. But, you've made such great strides with Peteie!! Love it. I'm not nearly there. I'm still on the center medallion. :(

PS: Thanks for the comments and visit to my blog. Love having you visit me!!
Your St Petersburg looks fantastic - you're way ahead of me there. Keep persevering with the speciality stitches - they're worth it!
Your St. Petersburg is gorgeous!! If thats a bad picture, then I'm sure its breath taking in person. :)
P.S. I'm taking the backstitching out of my angel because it was one of my first BSing attempts and the I didn't follow the chart very well. lol.. it looks awful (mostly the wings) in person. :)
