Miribilia Limited Edition
Fabric: 28 ct Lily Pond by Crossed Wing Collection
Threads: Crescent Colours & Kreinik Braid (No Subs)
Began: 4-10-07 Finished: 7-4-07
This is my first finish for 2007 (a little behind most other bloggers, LOL). Unfortunately, this is not a very good pic of her, she's much prettier IRL. She was fun to stitch but she has more beads than I thought. It took me about 4 hrs just to bead her. She's already off to the framers. I'll post another pic of her when she's framed ;)

She's beautiful! Congrats on your first finish!
Wow! That is beautiful. I love the fabby. I cant wait to see it framed. I still have Halloween & Christmas to finish.
I LOVED the fabric that you picked! I wondered about stitching my Flower Fairy on darker fabric, but since the kit came with WHITE aida, I didn't want to go too far afield colorwise.
About the iPhone...
I lived in Silicon Valley for over 25 years and was the 19th employee for a high tech start up. I live for tech gadgets. I am also an Apple (the computer company) fanatic, have had Apple computers since 1986. The iPhone is a cell phone made by Apple (who also makes the music players called iPods) that was announced at MacWorld (for Apple Macintosh computer nerds) in San Francisco last January. ALL of us who were there (40,000?) wanted one right away. It has been discussed in the press for the last six months. It was released on June 29th at 6pm and immediately sold out (probably about 700,000 sold). More information about the device here:

More information on my blog tomorrow.

Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog. I knew that my blog (weatheredbarn) didn't appear at the bottom of my profile and didn't know how to change it. Then by chance, I figured it out on Sunday so it should appear like all the others. Have a great week - Julie
