I'm almost finished with this piece. I think I'll be able to finish it up the next time I sit down to stitch on it. I had some stitching friends over yesterday and we had a great time, of course more talking than stitching got done.
** I'm very thankful for good friends, and God has put many in my life**

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

That's such a cool chart! A bit different from the other Noah's that I have seen out there.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog and your nice comments.
I'm a big CHS designs fan and love this Noah's Ark. Also following your progress on VOHRH which I will start one of these days.

Almost done! Will you replace this piece with another new project? Any ideas what that project may be?

Yes, needlepoint can be easy if you only use threads you know and trust, but I happen to have a ton of odd threads from previous Ebay buys (Rainbow Gallery often at less than 50 cents per card). Yes, some threads will fail, but none of these threads were ones I went out bought. And now I know which ones I like to work with and which ones I (and possibly other people) will avoid. I might not have ever tried Designers Dream for cross stitch (which is totally, absolutely terrific) if I hadn't had some cards of it laying around.

great work on Noah. I had a real scare with my best friend this year and you are so right. What a blessing they are!
The Celtic Banner link worked for me second time - just a glitch I guess

You have gotten a lot done, it looks great. It won't be very long now and you'll be able to do a happy dance over another finish.

Wow! You are almost done. Sometimes when you get this close it is hard to put it down. Just like a good book. I have two stitching groups and we really do have a great time together. So many wonderful friendships have grown out of these groups. Sometimes we actually get stitching done, but sometimes we are just there to support each other.
