Well, I finished up my silly, crazy, whimsical cats today. This will be made into a pillow for my daughter. I'm glad it was a quick stick, I'm not that fond of stitching whimsical pieces, give me a big sampler piece anyday!

Thank you all for the well wishes for my son. The new medication he's on has worked wonderfully. He's having no problems breathing and his allergies are better controlled.

I'm so glad to hear your son is doing better. How scary to have pneumonia and allergies, one is bad enough but the two combined would be really scary. Hopefully the new medicine continues to work well for him.
Cats turned out so cute, your daughter is going to love it. The bright colors and crazy cat faces make you smile looking at it. You're making wonderful progress on Mermaids as well. With all the beading in the piece, doing it as you go would probably be the easiest.
