No pics :(, but a medical update

I have no stitching pictures to show because I've done absolutely no stitching. THANK YOU to everyone who has prayed for me and wished me well concerning my kidney stone. I've had surgery twice in the last 3 weeks and have been admitted to the hospital 3 times for pain control. I finally passed the stone one week ago but my symptoms have not gone away. So my doctor is now trying to figure out if there's more going on than just residual pain from damage the stone caused. I've tried to not be discouraged but I've had moderate to severe kidney pain for almost 6 weeks and it is wearing me down.
Again, thank you to all who've sent me comments. They always bring a smile to my face.

You dear soul.... I am so sorry you are going through this... I can not imagine feeling that pain for 6 weeks.... I am such a baby when it comes to pain and that type of pain is unbearable.

I'm so sorry to hear that it hasn't resolved even after passing the stone. That would be so difficult to be in such discomfort on a good day and outright pain on a bad one. I hope that the doctor can discover what is causing the problem soon and you can start feeling better. {{hugs}}

Hers's hoping things improve soon or they figure out what is causing your continued pain. Been wondering how you were doing. From all the reports, I pray that I never have kidney stones.

Oh, my...I shall keep you in my prayers, I know from experience how awful it is to live with daily pain...not only does it where you down physically, it does so mentally and emotionally too...please take care and know we're all thinking of you!

I'm adding you to my prayer list, S. I know what chronic pain is like..so discouraging and demoralizing. I hope you will finally be free of it very soon. Please know I'm thinking of you. Don't know what makes you feel better right now, but I hope whatever it is will give you some comfort. Any comfort is good... You know how we both believe, that He will take us out of the fire in His time and for our own good. I'm not sure why we suffer these things, but I do know Him and know He has a purpose in it for our good. I'm sending love and hugs, dear friend. Deb

So sorry to hear that you were still in pain at the end of September. I do hope that there has been some improvement since then. Thinking of you and crossing my fingers that things are improving or at least they have found out what the problem is.

Kidney stones are the worst. I will certainly pray for you. I was in a similar situation several years ago and it just took time to heal. Time and rest....time to stitch without guilt! Will pray for the doctor too!
