Miss New Year's Fairy

I went over to a friend's house last night to stitch and.... we actually did some stitching :). Of course we did a lot of chatting too. She made me a wonderful dinner and we had a nice relaxing evening. I worked on Miss New Year's Fairy while I was at her house, she's stitching up quickly and I am thoroughly enjoying her. Please excuse the wrinkled fabric, I just didn't have time to get her ironed.
Thanks for all the nice comments on St. Pete's, they're encouraging and help me to continue plodding along on it ;)

There's nothing nicer than spending time with a stitchy friend :)
Last time I looked at this fairy she was without a head. She's starting to look very lovely now.

Your fairy looks great, and stitching friends are the best, went to my first stitching GTG yesterday, it was awesome.

Just love the calming blues of this piece. You may have convinced me to buy her on my next stashing foray! What a treat to have a friend who cooks and stitches with you. You are so fortunate.
Love and hugs,
Deb

Beautiful fairy! It sure is nice when you have good friends to stitch with. It just seems to make the time pass and the needle fly (well, sometimes!)
