Update

I am making some good progress on A Sweeter Love. I'm slowly working on the 1/1 verse and the border.

I am afraid my Chatelaine may officially be a UFO. It's still in my WIP's basket but I just cannot pick it up, oh well. So I'm going to start another new piece :). I'll surprise you with it when I've actually started it.

Don't feel badly about your Chatelaine. They are HARD. Especially if you use the recommended dark fabric. 32 count black was recommended for Hawaiian Mandala. I knew I would NEVER finish it, if I was stitching on dark cloth. Dark cloth is fine for small items when you can pick your time to stitch on the bright days. I often wonder if I will finish Hawaiian Mandala, as I am only 55% finished on the first part and part five has just been published. But I have given myself two years to finish it and work on lots of other patterns in the mean time. Just enjoy the stitching you do do, and don't regret the stitching that you put away for a while.
