Cheaper Than Therapy

Still running pretty low on stitching mojo. This was all I was able to accomplish yesterday. Funny, the pattern actually says "Stitching is cheaper than therapy....but not if done right." But what I have here "stitching is therapy" is true too.

It continues to rain here. I think it's rained 30+ days straight. I'm actually a person who likes rain, but this is a little excessive. I'd like to see the sun for more than an hour at a time.

That IS a good pattern. I think I need a little mojo or a pick me up myself. Maybe some stash will arrive this week :o) Hopefully something will turn up to inspire you!

Nice start on Stitching Therapy. I seem to have more trouble aligning letters than other parts of designs, somehow I always seem to get off. Your earlier post of St. Pete's looked lovely, the colors in that are gorgeous. I can see how repeating the same pattern four times would get kind of boring though. Hopefully moving along more in the one corner will help. I'll keep my fingers crossed your mojo comes back soon.

Oh I have to agree. It doesn't matter what the problem is stitching calm the situation and allows you to think clearly.

You bet that stitching is the best therapy especially when DH is nattering at you that it takes too much of your time LOL!!
Hang in there girl - your mojo will return. We all hit a slump once in a while.

The weather has been like that at times here too. It does get a little old, but stitching definitely brightens the day!

Definitely my best form of therapy!
I do my best thinking as I stitch.

We've had a lot of rain here too this summer. I told a friend that it really hasn't quit snowing. The temperature has just risen a bit is all! It's just a continuation of our miserable winter.

Well, that must be why I am spending sooo much time stitching right now!
It looks great. :)

Perfect saying! And the hand-dyed linen looks wonderful. I agree about the rain - its very cleansing to have a good rainstorm but day after day its too much!

Love the fabric you are stitching that on. Stitching works as therapy for me too.

We're getting quite a lot of rain in the U.K. too.
